On doors. And keys.

Yesterday morning, on leaving the house, I was convenienced by the fact my keys were still in the front door lock.

This morning, I noticed the back door was unlocked and not actually latched.

I'm wondering whether to leave my keys in the ignition tonight.

Oops. Sorry dear, that was me - well, couldn't really have been anyone else really :-)(I was outside yesterday evening doing unspeakable things with litter trays)I know the cats are desperate to get out but talented as they are, they have yet to master unlocking the back door.

I was bemused that you'd not noticed the keys hanging in the front door lock yesterday morning. But then, you'd close the door behind you without necessarily looking closely at the door.
