Congratulations to the lad
So it's now Sir Terry Pratchett. I can't think of anyone more deserving.
(My maternal grandfather turned one down - it would have been for services to reconstruction after the second World War, and I think he was slightly disappointed not to be asked again, so that he could accept it.)
