On Tuesday, the whole company got called out onto the grass behind the building. Where the Managing Director and the Technical Director were cooking a barbecue.

No reason for it, they just felt like it.

That's what we thought. Burgers and sausages (both vegetarian and good quality meat ones), and even beer.

This company is nice to work for these days - it hasn't always had a great vibe, but the current management understands that happy workers are productive workers. We also don't have any lack of work, which is another reason for high morale.
