They're cutting down Nelson's trees
But it's in a good cause.
In 1802 Nelson ordered thousands of acorns to be planted in the forest to ensure a continuous supply of durable wood for the Royal Navy. Now some of those trees are being used to restore his flagship HMS Victory.
