And NOW it's snowing in Royston.
Half our staff has already dashed off, I can see stationary traffic on the road from here, and unless it eases off, I'm walking home.

The lack of ability to deal with snow always amazes me in this country, ok let's see. It's white, slippery and a little dangerous. This means, drive more carefully and put some extra stuff in the car (shovel, blanket etc etc) if you need to travel.
But no, the massed herds of morons on the road either try to drive as normal or panic and drive 1mph on the basis they might lose control.

Anyway, Peggy is tucked up for the night. Just wish I was wearing heavier shoes - mine are definitely going to make my feet cold on the way home tonight.

The only worrying fact is that every car in the garage has snow chains on apart from mine, hmmmm.
