Clever Corporation Charge Clueless Customers Colossally

I sometimes wish I was as good at making money as Selfridges is.

"It is charging them £100 for a 40 minute lesson on how to use their new iPods, when Apple will do it, round the corner for free."

More money than sense, anyone?

(no subject)

I'm feeling definitely chuffed today.

Firstly, the Lords have rejected the ID card plan.

Secondly, something that I quoted as taking 2-4 days of my time, at 16:00, did in fact take 2 hours, mainly because all the changes I was expecting to have to do turned out to be very localised indeed.
