Why, dear supplier-of-shiny-stuff, do you give me an option for a shipping address in addition to the entry for the billing address?

In my naivety, I assumed it was for me to specify a different address, one at which I knew delivery would be achievable. Since UPS have just attempted delivery to the billing address, it's obviously not that.

Who, on being given a change of delivery address, didn't wait till tomorrow morning for the redelivery attempt, but called up the driver and told him to drop by.
