Pity we didn't have that at Eastercon really. However a thing we did have was useful room safes, which are extremely useful if you've got a bulging cash box and a laptop you don't want to have with you in the evening.
Let's start smaller, shall we? Decent food. Reasonably-priced beverages. Absence of standing water in the corridors. Free wi-fi needs to be worked up to.
I stayed at the Glasgow City Inn for the Glasgow Worldcon. They had free Wifi, free Ethernet and DVD players in the room, with free DVD loans from the front desk.
