Spelling wose

Argh.

I'm writing a proposal. It uses one particular word a lot: regimen.

I keep wanting to type the words either side of it, either regime or regiment. If I do so, of course the spell checker won't notice.

Sounds like my standard spelling of ratio:
R-A-T-I-O-N-BACKSPACE

Ah yes - I am almost incapable of typing 'field' correctly. My finger macro for it now goes 'f' 'i' 'l' 'e' BACKSPACE BACKSPACE 'e' 'l' 'd'.

I can't type "method" without first typing "Methos". Usually I don't capitalize it, but I invariably hit the "s" instead of the "d". Because I am a great big Highlander fanboy geek. :)

*laughs out loud at the "muphry's law" tag* :)

*snigger*

I trust you've already encountered said Law? Having deliberately misspelt the title, I thought I needed a prophylactic tag.

My signature is illegible in large part because when I learned to write in cursive, I almost immediately began dropping the "r" from my last name, resulting in things being signed "Catie Muphy". When I got a checkbook, I thought it might be better to have a signature nobody could read rather than one which suggested I couldn't spell my own last name. So yes, I have in fact encountered Muphry's Law. :)

That's at least reasonably understandable, if annoying. What I couldn't figure out was my fingers' habit of typing “pythonk” instead of “python”.

*blink*

Nope, sorry, can't help you on that one. You're just weird.

My typo bugaboo is "Untied Stats." Totally unobjectionable to Word, but boy do you get funny looks. I've chosen to auto-correct, on the basis that if I ever actually do want to type "untied stats" it would be an exception, rather than the rule.
