Tonight, stir fried turkey with mushroom and broccoli, flavoured with garlic, ginger and sesame oil. Nice with a bottle of Umberto Frescobaldi's Pomino Bianco. Followed by watching XXX (definitely fun - whoever said it was the James Bond for the MTV generation knew what they were saying) and the last of the Springbank 21 yo.
Finishing off with some of the Old Bushmills Millennium Single Barrel Single Malt. Is it heresy to mix good Scotch and good Irish?
(sniff, sniff - boy, does that Bushmills have one hell of a nose ...)
