And yet it's not bad at all. Damn, I think this may be the Lolita of Whiskies.
It's 46% strength, matured in Bourbon barrels, delightfully pale. Designed by a former distiller from Laphroiag, but not peaty.
Oh, and it's English, from Norfolk.
I'll be intrigued to see how they develop over the next few years - I trust they're keeping some of the casks to age a bit longer.
