It seems that that wine-imbibing chef Keith Floyd has died.
(His death is much more affecting to me than Swayze's, having watched many, many more hours of him.)

Date: 2009-09-15 09:43 am (UTC)Swayze's death wasn't unexpected - he was known to have pancreatic cancer, and that's one of the ones where unfortunately very few people survive for very long. Floyd, on the other hand, has sort of faded from our screens, and I don't think many knew he was actually ill. (Though given his notoriety with the bottle, a long old age did seem unlikely.)
