What's with the weather?

This morning, the grass beneath my feet crackled as I walked to the car - the frost hadn't yet melted off in the car's shadow.

Right now, I'm looking out the window at a bright blue sky, with a definite feeling of warmth in it. It looks more like summer than spring.
