A step too far

It's bad enough that there are puppy farms, but it seems that in this modern age, nothing is sacred. I refer you to the following headline as seen on the BBC News website:

ETA: Come to think of it, it might be a possible solution for the upland farms that can't make sheep pay. Those children raised on the high fells should make excellent chimney sweeps, and the Peak District would also profit from a ready source of youngsters to work in cotton mills reopened for the authentic tourist experience.

A little while later, I was served some meat with a nice crackling on the outside. I think that's the first time I've eaten long pig in a dream.
(It tasted good, for what it's worth, but what my subconscious was trying to say, I haven't a clue. My main emotion was one of social embarassment.)
