My personal opinion is that both are big white telephone yodelling calls.

The first is apparently Jysk for "I'm on the island in the stream".
The second is supposedly the Värmlander way of saying "On the island is a river, and in the river an island".

Though it should have s/o/å/ applied to it.

Run the second through a "from dialect" filter and you end up with "På ön är en å och i ån är en ö" (I suppose the substituted o might be better as an o-caret, whatever those are as HTML entities, but an å is close enough).
